All orders are processed within 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been carefully prepared, packed, and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered. If you experience any issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We’re always happy to help guide you through the process if needed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll work quickly to make it right.
